Cats

Mosi

Mosi: Mosi is a sweet gal with a winning personality. She walks right up to the entrance when you open the kennel door and wants to be pet.  Mosi will have to spend the night to get spayed, but then you can take home this sweet gal.

Max: Max is a big guy who is content lounging around in the sunlight.  This handsome fellow is sure to attract love and affection with his boisterous meows each time you come home. Stop in to meet Max today.

The Farmington Animal Shelter is located at 133 Browning Parkway and can be reached at 505-599-1098. Check Petfinder.com for a up-to-date list of pets up for adoption.

Horse

Callie: Callie is a gentle, 6-year-old pony. She is somewhat shy around people but likes to be brushed.

Max

Because of an injury to her left rear leg, Callie is unable to be ridden. She could easily be a companion to a gentle horse. Callie can't kick because of her injury, and therefore cannot defend herself from rowdy horses.

She is the mother of two horses at Four Corners Equine Rescue, Smokey and Cisco. Callie was captured while she had a baby at her side and was pregnant. She is from the Tierra Amarilla area, where she was found running with a band of wild horses.

Callie is trained to halter, lead and stand for the farrier. She is current on vaccinations and deworming. Her adoption fee is $250.
