Pets of the Week: March 1

The Daily Times staff

Samantha: Samantha is a sweet and independent 3-year-old domestic medium hair cat. She loves to sit at the window and admire and daydream for hours if you let her.  Don't be surprised if she sneaks in some affection as well. If you think Samantha would be a perfect fit for your family, come meet her today.

Lucy Bell

Lucy Bell: Lucy Bell is an adorable, 2-year-old domestic medium hair female cat that would just love to find her forever home today. She has lived with other cats and would be a great addition to your home.

Coco: Coco is a 2-year-old heeler mix that feels comfortable being close to her people. She is still young at heart and loves to give puppy kisses. She loves affection and attention from people and is always willing to return it. Come in and visit her today.

Angel Bug

Angel Bug: Angel Bug fell from heaven. Instead of falling into someone’s lap, she ended up here at the shelter.  Let's see if we can adopt her into that great home she was destined for.  She is a 2-year-old heeler mix who is sweet and loving but can be a little shy around new people. Come meet her today.

The Farmington Animal Shelter is located at 133 Browning Parkway and can be reached at 505-599-1098. Check for a up-to-date list of pets up for adoption.

Pen is a 6-year-old paint gelding. He is very inquisitive and full of life.

Pen is not saddle trained. The right home for Pen would use natural horsemanship techniques to continue his training. He is current on teeth floating, farrier work, vaccinations and deworming.

Pen is very unique in that he has one blue eye and one brown eye. He stands about 14.3 hands high and weighs about 900 pounds. Pen came to Four Corners Equine Rescue when his owner surrendered him earlier this year. His adoption fee is $600.
