The Daily Times staff

Buddy: Buddy is a 2-year-old male heeler. He can be a little shy around new people but warms up quickly. He likes to go for walks in the park and cuddle at your feet. Come in and meet him today.

Squirt: Squirt is an 11-month-old shepherd mix. He is full of energy and personality. He gets along with most dogs and likes to run and play. Stop in to adopt Squirt today.

Ivy Valentine

Ivy Valentine: Ivy Valentine is a beautiful, 1-year-old female cat looking for a forever home. She is curious about the world and likes to explore. If you have an empty windowsill at your house, she is willing to fill it. Come down and meet her today.

Hazard: Hazard is a sweet orange tabby. He is a playful guy who like to chase his toys. He also likes to sit on your lap while you pet him and purr. If you are looking for a cool cat, stop on in.

The Farmington Animal Shelter is located at 133 Browning Parkway and can be reached at 505-599-1098. Check for an up-to-date list of pets up for adoption.

Copper is a nice, 23-year-old mare that certainly doesn’t think age should slow her down. This girl has power steering and is ready to go. Copper is looking for a home with a person that would like to ride casually. She needs a light rider that appreciates Copper’s exceptional skill level. Too many babies has given her a mild sway back.

Copper is a big girl — about 15 hands high and about 1,100 pounds. She is current on vaccinations, teeth floating, farrier work and deworming. Adoption fee for Copper is $500. Four riding lessons are included in the adoption fee.
