James Arthur Bigman Sr. passed from this life May 24, 2023 at San Juan Regional Medical Center Farmington, NM. James was born on March 20, 1954 in Burnham, NM to the late Tom and Mae Bigman. James is survived by his four children; sons James Bigman Jr., Stepson Bigman, Stinsen Bigman; daughter Tiffany Tapaha; Sisters Loretta Bonney, Irene Atencio, Lavern Platero, Elsie Bigman, Louise Canuto; Brothers Nelson Arthur, Wilson Bigman, Harrison Bigman. He had 9 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
James will be fondly remembered by living the cowboy lifestyle and tending to his ranch and cattle. He loved spending time with his family and was a great friend to many. He was loved and will truly be missed.
Funeral services will be at Cope Memorial Chapel in Kirtland, NM May 31st at 10am. Viewing will be from 9 -10am.
