Obituary

Leo was born November 18, 1937 in Lincoln, Kansas to Lloyd and Mary Parson. He served in the Navy for 2½ years and made his career as a meat cutter. He also spent years cutting wild game for area hunters. On May 17, 1958, he married June Robinson. Together they raised two sons, Jerry and Larry. For a majority of his life, he enjoyed going to all types of car races, and later in life he was an avid softball fan. However, one of his greatest joys was being a papa. He truly had a soft spot for each one of his grandchildren. Leo was preceded in death by his mother and father, two brothers, two sisters, and his oldest son, Jerry. He is survived by his wife, June, youngest son, Larry (and Karen), daughter-in-law, Stacey, sister, Marion, five grandchildren, Jennifer, Jessica, Cody, Haley and Tia, and four great-grandchildren, Landon, Ashlyn, Luke and Logan.
