April 30, 1932 April 10, 2022 Amos Anderson passed away peacefully in his sleep April, 10 2022 in Las Cruces, NM. He was born on April 30, 1932 to Amelia (Lopez) Anderson and Amos Anderson Sr. in Albuquerque, NM. He was the oldest of 7 children. He married his wife Fran in October of 1953. Amos served in the army, worked for El Paso Natural Gas and built and managed apartments along with being an entrepreneur. He loved classical and old country music. He is survived by his sisters, Ruthie, Janice, Evelyn, Clara Lou, children, Greg Anderson and wife Pam and Leslie Kelley and husband Mike, grandchildren Jered, Somer, Michael, Ashley, Noah, Ireland and Hannah along with great grandchildren, Mark, Autumn, Jake, Finn, Cian and Braylee. He was preceded in death by the love of his life, Fran, oldest child Robert Anderson and brothers Robert and David along with his parents “Molly” and Amos Sr. Amos loved his family and living the last few years in the Veterans home would Facetime his daughter Leslie and granddaughter Somer almost every day as well as calling his son, Greg and sisters and grandchildren. Cremation has taken place and Amos and his wife Fran will be laid to rest together in Farmington, NM at a later date.
