Roxanne Renee Benally, 42, passed away in Farmington, NM on June 21st, 2022. She was born on September 30th, 1979, in Farmington, NM to Norman and Carolyn Benally. Roxanne graduated from Kirtland Central High School, in Kirtland, NM in 1998. She was known as one of the best basketball player with the Lady Broncos in high school. She attended Cochise College in Sierra Vista, AZ and Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO. She also had a love for softball. She was an awesome pitcher and would often get picked up by other teams growing up. She surely loved all of her nieces and nephews. She had a big heart and would do anything for everyone. She is preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents, her nephews Dominick and Herbert, and many other family members that has passed on. She is survived by her parents, Norman (Lou), Carolyn, her brother Michael (Valerie), her sisters, Lauren, Stacie and Tracie, her best friend Wendy, nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind numerous family and friends. A memorial service will be held at the LDS Church Building, 10 Road 6523, Kirtland NM, on Tuesday, June 28th at 10:00am. The burial service will follow the memorial service at the Kirtland Cemetery.
