Farmington - Flabio (Joe) was born in Trujillo, Colorado to Flabio Garcia and Josie Montoya. Joe was the youngest of Seven children

He is preceded in death by his son Michael, grandson Josh Garcia, his parents and his 3 brothers and 3 sisters.

Joe is survived by his wife of 32 years Alice, his sons Richard (Marcia), John (Amanda), Donovan(Amy), His daughter and Stepdaughters Jill (Tim), Cindy (Tod Knueppel) and Julie (Adam Meister). Joe had 13 grand children, 14 great grand children and 1 great great grandchild.

Joe worked at APS for 28 years as a Welder he enjoyed his job very much and most of his co-workers became life long friends.

Joe enjoyed everything about life. He loved riding his Harley, playing golf, going dancing, playing at the casinos, going to Connie Mac, and watching all sports especially the Raiders they were his favorite.

Funeral Services for Joe will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church on November 22,2021 in Farmington New Mexico. Rosary will be at 10:30 Mass will be 11:00

Joe will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He had a wonderful presence.
