FARMINGTON — Farmington police have released the names of the two men found dead near a Farmington car wash.

Victor Clyde, 47, of Farmington and Peter Willie, 68, of Sweetwater, have been identified as the two men found on July 15 just east of the Octopus Car Wash at 1309 W. Main St., according to Farmington Police Department spokeswoman Georgette Allen.

The bodies were discovered by a person walking in the area around 11:34 a.m. on July 15.

The case is still under investigation, and a cause of death for the two men has not been determined, according to Allen.

Police are still waiting on reports from the New Mexico Office of the Medical Investigator.
