U.S. Air Force Airman Danelle K. Edwards graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas. Edwards is the daughter of Donald Edwards and Irvina Edwards and step-daughter of Danielle Edwards, all of Farmington, N.M. She is a 2017 graduate of Piedra Vista High School in Farmington.
U.S. Air Force Airman Dylan R. McCracken also graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas. McCracken is the son of John W. McCracken of Bloomfield, N.M., and Michelle D. McCracken of Farmington, N.M. He is a 2017 graduate of Bloomfield High School.

U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Emily C. Peterson graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas. Peterson is the daughter of John J. and Katherine I. Peterson, and sister of Andrew H. Peterson of Kirtland, N.M. She is a 2014 graduate of Piedra Vista High School, in Farmington.
The three completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.  Airmen who complete basic training also earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
