FARMINGTON — A Farmington man has been arrested on suspicion of sexual contact of a minor, according to a press release from the Farmington Police Department.
Mark Wolf, 56, was arrested Thursday and charged with four counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor.
On July 4, Wolf allegedly engaged in sexual contact with a 10-year-old boy when the child's mother walked into the room. The mother contacted police, and a forensic interview was conducted with the child.
A warrant was issued for Wolf's arrest on Thursday, and he was arrested the same day.
He is being held at the San Juan County Adult Detention Center on a $60,000 bond.
