FARMINGTON — A delivery truck Monday morning was involved in a rollover wreck on County Road 4599 near Navajo Dam, according to a press release from the San Juan County Sheriff's Office.

No injuries were reported.

A delivery truck from Albuquerque was delivering items to a fly shop at Navajo Dam when the driver swerved off the road to avoid a deer, said Sgt. Dave Pixton in the press release. The driver over-corrected, causing the truck to drive off the road at about 11 a.m.

County Road 4599 was closed in both directions for 45 minutes as authorities investigated the scene.

In a press release sent at 3 p.m., Pixton said the road was open, but traffic was restricted to one lane as officers continued to clear up the scene.

The truck was not carrying any toxins, and alcohol is not suspected to be a factor in the wreck, according to press release.

The delivery truck did not hit the deer, said Beth Utley, a spokeswoman for the sheriff's office.
