FARMINGTON — Starting today, tickets are on sale for Sandstone Productions' summer musical, "Footloose."

The musical tells the story of a teen who moves to a small town where dancing and rock music are banned. The teenager and his friends want to get rid of the ban and have a senior prom.

Performances will be at 8 p.m. every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from June 19 to Aug. 2 in the Lions Wilderness Park Amphitheater, 5800 College Blvd. in Farmington.

Tickets are available at fmtn.org/civiccenter, at the Farmington Civic Center Ticket Office, 200 W. Arrington St., or by calling 505-599-1148 or 1-877-599-3331. Tickets are also being sold at the Farmington Museum, 3401 E. Main St.
