FARMINGTON — The Four Corners Art Association is displaying its members' work at the Farmington Civic Center through the end of April.

The annual spring show is one of two shows the association puts on each year.

A reception for the show will be at 6:30 p.m. Monday, April 14, at the Farmington Civic Center, 200 W. Arrington St.

The art is displayed on the balcony of the Civic Center and is divided into professional and semi-professional artists.

Professional artists are defined as full-time artists, art teachers or people who sell or advertise art work. Semi-professional artists are either beginners or artists who create art in their leisure time and don't consider it a career.

Eight professional artists are displaying 19 pieces of art along the west wall of the Civic Center balcony. Four semi-professional artists are displaying eight pieces of art along the south wall of the balcony.
