FARMINGTON — The administrative offices for the Navajo Nation's Division of Natural Resources and Division of Human Resources will relocate next week, according to a tribal press release.
Both divisions have been housed in offices adjacent to the Office of the Navajo Nation President and Vice President in Window Rock, Ariz.
The Navajo Occupational Safety and Health Administration ordered the area to close by Friday due to high levels of contaminants, which have been endangering employees and the public, according to the press release.
The Division of Natural Resources administrative office, the Land Department, the Title Section and the Land Title Data System will temporarily relocate to Western Indian Ministries in Tse Bonito, N.M.
The home site lease office for the Fort Defiance Agency, the Project Review Office and other Land Department staff will move to the east side of the Navajo Historic Preservation Department in Window Rock.
The Division of Human Resources administrative office will move into Suite 10 at the Navajo Nation Shopping Center in Window Rock.
