FARMINGTON — If you want to know how the Affordable Care Act will affect your small business, the U.S. Small Business Association and San Juan College's Small Business Development Center are teaming up to present a seminar from 3 to 5 p.m. on Wednesady

The presentation will be at the Small Business Development Center, 5101 College Blvd., Farmington.

It will address how small businesses can use the Affordable Care Act to provide affordable health insurance benefits to their employees and will go into detail about how it will accomplish that by lowering premium cost growth and increasing employees' access to quality, affordable health insurance.

Tax credits available to small businesses will be explained, as well as other topics.

John C. Woosley, district director of the Small Business Administration's New Mexico District Office, will speak. The seminar is open to the public, but pre-registration is required.
