FARMINGTON — Farmington High School's football team defeated Goddard High School 7-0 in the Class 4A State Football Championship game Saturday.

In celebration of this victory, businesses around the city are displaying congratulatory signs.

Saturday's game gave the Scorpions their first state title in 61 years.
