FARMINGTON >> The San Juan County Sheriff's Office announced Monday it arrested and charged a Farmington man with tampering with evidence and a firearms offense in connection to the slaying of a Bloomfield woman.
Michael Graham, 40, has been charged with possession of a firearm or destructive devices by a felon and two counts of tampering with evidence.
The sheriff's office is also calling Graham a "person of interest" in the death of Brandy Robinson, according to a sheriff's office news release.
Robinson, 29, was found stabbed to death in a rural area south of Farmington on June 22.
While executing search warrants as part of the death investigation, investigators found explosive devices in Graham's truck and he was arrested, according to the news release. He has several prior felony convictions.
He is currently being held on a $100,000 cash-only bond.
