FARMINGTON — A Farmington man was arrested Monday evening for suspicion of distributing child pornography with his cellular phone.
Farmington police executed a search warrant at Kevin Lee Hammer's apartment, at 218 North Allen Ave., at 4 p.m. on Monday, Farmington police Lt. Taft Tracy said in a news release.
Hammer was the target of a six-month investigation by the Farmington Police Department Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Hammer, a 46-year-old Farmington man, was charged with two counts of sexual exploitation of children.
Police said they found the cell phone Hammer used to distribute child pornography at his apartment.
