FARMINGTON — The company planning to built a nearly $1 billion natural gas and solar power plant in San Juan County doesn't yet have an agreement to sell electricity, and industry experts say it won't be able to finance the project until it gets one.

18 inmates sue San Juan County jail claiming negligent medical care

Complaint: Jail staff ignored inmates health concerns to save county money
FARMINGTON — Eighteen current and former San Juan County Adult Detention Center inmates have filed a lawsuit against the jail and its healthcare providers claiming they were denied basic medical care while incarcerated, which resulted in pain, physical injury, impairment and disfiguration. Full Story
