James Monteleone is editor of the Four Corners Business Journal and covers
San Juan County government for The Daily Times.

Before coming to The Daily Times in 2007, Monteleone covered Congress from
Washington, D.C., and Illinois state politics in Chicago.

After living and working in big cities for several years, he was drawn to
Farmington for the camping, rock climbing and snowboarding that's difficult
to find in the Midwest.

Monteleone has a master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University
and a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
