Patrick is responsible for creating original content for the Web site. He maintains many of the sections as well as blogs, podcasts and local video. He also does some page design and copy-editing and has a weekly Explore column publishing video game reviews.

Patrick hails from the suburb of Massapequa, New York. He began his journalism career with the Philadelphia City Paper in 2005 as an editorial intern who wrote a food column entitled "What's Cooking." After graduating from La Salle University, also in Philadelphia, he was hired by The Daily Times to be a copy-editor; the beginning of his New Mexico adventure. After working as a copy-editor for a year, he was selected to fill the newly created position of online editor, although he still helps out on the copy desk a few days out of the week.

In his free time, Patrick enjoys being a certified nerd by playing video games and tabletop role-playing games, reading science fiction and fantasy and trying to get his less-nerdy friends to do the same. His favorite author is
