FARMINGTON — A state resolution that some say could keep legislators’ emails and other documents hidden from public scrutiny has passed in both the State House of Representatives and the Senate.
House Concurrent Resolution 1 passed at 11:25 p.m. last night on a 39-1 vote. Sen. William Sharer, R-Farmington, voted yes on the resolution, according to senate records.
