FARMINGTON — Sheriff’s deputies arrested Cesar Enriquez, 23, for allegedly stabbing a woman in the neck and hand.
Enriquez was arrested Feb. 18 after a short foot chase. Deputies said he stabbed Ana Marin-Solis, 22, and fled the area.
The San Juan County Sheriff’s Office spotted Enriquez south of County Road 5510 and County Road 5512 and directed deputies to the location where Enriquez was arrested.
He has been charged with attempted murder, first-degree kidnapping, aggravated burglary, interference with communications and criminal damage to property.
He is scheduled to have a preliminary hearing Thursday in Aztec Magistrate Court.
